Pet stain removal can be accomplished 90% of the time with carpet safe mild acid based urine/coffee stain removal product. There are many options but the simplest, safest, and most effective we’ve found to be:
Once again dilute with distilled water only and make sure you don’t over dilute with this product or it won’t work. This also removes coffee stains, bad carpet cleaning yellowing/browning and hard water (flood for example) brown/yellow stains.
Without a carpet cleaning machine you will need to apply a wet – white rag to stain and press with foot – blotting. Sometimes a hot iron applied carefully can help accelerate the process as well.
